Tono Izakaya is a casual yet modern izakaya that serves traditional to modern Japanese dishes. A very vibrant neon-lights on top of the ceiling fills the room with exciting funky mood. Tono Izakaya is under the same management as the LUT Gastrobar and Cassis.

Some of their promotion deals are really very worthy like this round, we came for their Year End Dec 2023 Eat-All-You-Can Yakitori & Kushiyaki, which happens on every Sat, Sun & Public Holidays of December 2023 for RM38++/person only, kids below age 7 can dine for FREE. There was no time limits for the dining session from 11am to 230pm. This promotion deals only available at Changkat & Publika outlet.
Once we saw this promotion deals, quickly booked ourselves a slot at one of the Sunday in December 2023 for Publika outlet. The restaurant got crowded during lunch hour.
In conjunction of this month, they have Buy 1 Free 1 for the Suntory Whisky Kakubin Highball too!

Our final war of eat! So worthy with the price of RM38++/person. Every skewers were grilled and served at its very best, however, we noticed that there was some slightly drop in terms of their grilling skills when there was large crowd in the restaurant. For example, the Japanese Wagyu Beef might be grilled too long ends up the meat turns dry and hard while the soft bone was not grilled enough, a bit raw to texture. The taste was a bit run off compare to our first order. Overall was good!
Love the ambience and foods served ! We are very much looking forward to their next monthly promotion deals. It was such a steal to have this Eat-All-You-Can Yakitori & Kushiyaki for RM38++/person.
